Job summary

Gecko Green Lawn Care and Pest Control is hiring for field technicians in Texas. We offer an above industry average base salary with uncapped commission and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include applying fertilizers, driving a company truck daily, handling customer inquiries, and completing reports. Required: valid driver's license, clean MVR, ability to lift 50 lbs, and be 21+ years old.

Qualifications

• Valid, permanent driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR check, drug screen, and a DOT Physical.
• Must lift 50 lbs.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and products to lawns per route, safety procedures, and label instructions.
• Drive a company truck on a daily route.
• Respond to customer requests for information via telephone and in-person service calls.
• Complete applications in line with customer notes and specifications.
• Provide customers with quotes for additional services as needed.
• Provide quotes to potential customers based on yard size and needs.
• Complete production reports, sales forms, and customer invoices daily.
• Communicate with management about changes to applications throughout the day.

Qualifications:

Salary: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year + uncapped commission

Starting compensation is based on level of experience and overall competency.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
