Job summary

Emerald Lawns seeks an Application Technician to service residential and commercial properties, using hand and powered equipment to apply lawn treatments. The role emphasizes safety, soil analysis, pest and weed control, and educating homeowners on proper lawn care.

Training is provided for passionate individuals. Starting wage ranges from $18.50 to $19.00 per hour for this hourly, non-exempt position, with opportunities to advance as the company grows and rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and have a history of safe driving.
• Ability to pass a re-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
• Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires.

Responsibilities

• Apply products to treat lawns for residential or commercial properties using hand and powered equipment.
• Perform soil analysis and control insects, diseases, and weeds.
• Educate homeowners on proper lawn maintenance and solutions for their needs.
• Upsell additional services to existing and new customers to grow the clientele.
• Resolve customer concerns onsite with strong communication.
