Job summary

Spring-Green Lawn Care Corp. is seeking a Lawn Care Technician (Field Service Professional) to be the frontline, ensuring proper lawn, tree, and pest applications are applied timely and safely. You will educate customers on best practices and participate in offering additional Spring-Green services.

You will develop knowledge to diagnose lawn and tree problems, perform service calls, and communicate benefits to customers, while working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be 18+ and pass background checks.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varied weather.
• Willingness to obtain pesticide license.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge to perform lawn and tree care services and sales estimates.
• Perform service calls and estimates with priority.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Obtain and maintain pesticide licenses and handle labels.
• Conduct professional service applications per training.
