Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely apply fertilizers, weed control, pest control, and other lawn care chemicals according to guidelines.
• Follow the assigned route to complete daily services on time.
• Evaluate lawn conditions to determine appropriate treatments.
• Operate and maintain application equipment with proper calibration.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers and answer questions.
• Educate customers on lawn maintenance after treatment and best practices.
• Maintain records of treatments, chemicals used, and application rates.
