Job summary

Turf Doctor is hiring a Lawn Care Technician for an immediate full-time position. Starting pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience, with weekly pay and on-the-job training.

You will diagnose turf, weed and shrub issues, perform aeration and fertilization, operate and maintain tools, and keep properties clean and well‑maintained. We offer full benefits, PTO, a 401(k) with employer match, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided!
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services such as aeration, pest control and fertilization.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each job.
