Job summary

Turf Doctor is seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Technician to join our Alabama team. This full-time role offers hands-on lawn care, equipment operation, and customer service across residential properties. Starting pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience, with Weekly Pay, production bonuses, commissions, and full benefits.

Training is provided, and a valid drivers license is required. Youe_ll diagnose turf, weed, and shrub issues, help with landscaping tasks, and ensure customer

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided!
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services such as aeration, pest control and fertilization.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
