Lawn Doctor is seeking Lawn Care Technicians to perform fertilization, aeration, and pest control applications for residential lawns. You will work outdoors, operate equipment, and interact with customers to deliver high-quality service.

No prior lawn care experience is required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and included benefits in the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate lawn care machinery and tools.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fertilize and aerate lawns.
• Apply pest control products to lawns and landscape beds.
• Prepare and seed lawns; maintain equipment and vehicles.
