Job summary

Gecko Green Lawn Care and Pest Control in Richardson, TX is seeking responsible, self-motivated, customer-service driven technicians for a full-time role. You will apply fertilizers and weed control to lawns, drive the company truck on daily routes, and respond to customer requests in person or by phone.

We offer an above industry average base salary with uncapped commission, weekly pay, paid training, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid time off and holidays, and advancement

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, drug screen and DOT Physical.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age or older by hiring date.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and product to lawns according to route, safety procedures, and label instructions
• Drive a company truck on a daily route
• Reply to customer requests for information via telephone, as well as in-person service calls
• Complete applications in line with customer notes and specifications
• Provide customers with quotes for additional services as needed
• Provide potential customers with service quotes based on yard square footage and specific needs
• Complete production reports, sales forms, and customer invoices daily
• Communicate with management about any changes to applications throughout the day
