GroGreen is hiring a Lawn Care Technician for an immediate full-time role in Plano, TX. Start pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience, with training provided for candidates new to lawn care.

You will diagnose turf, weed, and shrub problems, perform aeration and fertilization, and support general landscaping tasks while maintaining safety and teamwork on every job.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided!
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services such as aeration and fertilization.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each job.
