Job summary

Real Green in Austin, TX is hiring a Lawn Care Technician for an immediate full-time opportunity. You will diagnose and resolve turf, weed, and shrub problems to beautify customers' properties.

Responsibilities include performing lawn care services such as aeration, pest control and fertilization; assisting with general landscaping tasks; and operating tools and equipment safely. We offer weekly pay with production bonuses, commissions, full benefits, PTO and holidays, plus 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided!
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required.
