The Cutting Edge Landscaping is seeking dependable Lawn Maintenance Technicians to join our outdoor crew. This role involves mowing, trimming, edging, and assisting with installation projects as part of a team.

We offer $18.00–$23.00 per hour, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, uniforms, life insurance, and opportunities for advancement. Immediate openings and year-round work may be available.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential job functions including lifting, walking, standing, and outdoor physical work.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assisting with landscaping and installation projects.
• Performing mulching, cleanups, and general outdoor work.
• Operating landscaping equipment safely.
