Job summary

For Garden's Sake is seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Landscaper to lead a route and provide top-notch lawn care. The role supports their family-owned garden center, offering year-round full-time hours, seasonal overtime, and competitive pay.

Starting pay is $18.50–$21 per hour based on experience, with weekly pay and a benefits package including PTO, holidays, insurance, and a 401k. Workdays are Monday–Friday, with 7:00 AM start and 40–50 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with no major MVR infractions.
• Previous landscape/lawn maintenance experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and edge turf and beds for a neat appearance.
• Prune shrubs and maintain plant health.
• Weed and care for plants in beds.
• Operate large machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work with a team to deliver high-quality landscapes.
• Interact professionally with clients and crew.
