Your Role

• No mowing, trimming, or landscaping duties

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Tennessee pesticide applicator license (preferred or willingness to obtain) – CO3 or CO7. BONUS for licensed applicators: $250 at start and $250 at 60 days.
• Reliable, hard‑working, and able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Ability to lift a 50‑lb bag
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Strong work ethics
