Lawn Doctor in Washingtonville, NY is seeking a dependable Lawn Care Technician for a temporary role through November 1st, with potential seasonal extension starting in March. Hours are 7:30 AM start, 3–5 days per week, with compensation of $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include applying fertilizers, weed control, lawn aeration, pest control, operating equipment, and serving customers along a defined daily route. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

• Making recommendations to improve lawn health.
• Maintaining service records and route documentation.
• Assisting with equipment maintenance and shop organization.
• Meeting productivity and service-quality expectations.

Lawn Doctor in Washingtonville, NY is looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Care Technician for a temporary position through November 1st, with the opportunity to return for a permanent seasonal position beginning in March.

Schedule: 3–5 days per week

What We're Looking For

The Right Candidate Should

• Be physically fit and comfortable performing outdoor labor
• Be dependable and able to arrive at work by 7:30 AM
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Be comfortable driving a work truck and finding customer addresses
• Be able to work efficiently and independently
• Be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Take pride in providing quality service to customers
• Have a strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment and machinery
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
