The role emphasizes customer relations, professional appearance, and adherence to training procedures. Evening or Saturday availability may be required, with full company support and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must maintain customer relations and present Lawn Doctor service professionally.
• Physically capable of operating equipment and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to follow procedures learned during training and safety guidelines.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.

Full-time Lawn Care Service Technician

Lawn Doctor, serving the finer homes of St. Louis Metro / St. Charles, is hiring skilled Lawn Care Specialists. If you love the outdoors and working with people, consider becoming a highly skilled Lawn Care Service Technician. You will receive full training and full team support.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance work and operate and maintain equipment.
• Handle fertilizers and pesticides used in day‑to‑day operations.
• Accomplish aerating and seeding lawns as needed.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude.
• Physically able to operate equipment and lift 50 lbs repetitively throughout the day.
• Service lawns according to procedures learned during the training week.
• Maintain assigned equipment according to procedures outlined in the equipment manuals.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Present and promote the Lawn Doctor service with a professional appearance.
• Available when needed; some Saturday work may be required on occasion.
• Able to follow directions.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
