Job summary

Lawn Doctor is seeking dedicated individuals to provide high-quality lawn care services as Lawn Care Technicians in Virginia and surrounding areas.

Technicians serve as customer-facing brand ambassadors, applying environmentally sensitive products, aerating and seeding lawns, and introducing new services to customers and prospects while in the field. Competitive salary, commission, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to meet production goals.
• Can lift in excess of 50 pounds.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and good attendance record.
• Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable.
