Job summary

Lawn Doctor is seeking a Lawn Care Technician to join our outdoor service team. You’ll be a customer-facing brand ambassador, applying environmentally friendly products, aerating and seeding lawns, and recommending additional services while in the field.

This role operates outdoors with minimal supervision, requiring physical stamina, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is hourly with benefits, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to meet production goals.
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and good attendance record.
• Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits
