Overview

Lawn Doctor of Edwardsville - Collinsville / Belleville-Columbia Waterloo is looking for individuals to be part of our family dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services working from our Millstadt, IL office. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, pest control, perform shop work, install Holiday Lights and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide lawn care services in customer properties as a brand ambassador from the Millstadt, IL office.
• Treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products.
• Aerate and seed lawns.
• Pest control.
• Perform shop work.
• Install Holiday Lights.
• Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
• Enjoy outdoor work with limited direct supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and the ideal candidate for this position will have a professional appearance, strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record.
• Work experience in the lawn care industry and a valid Illinois Pesticide license is highly desirable.

• Ability to operate machinery and occasional maintenance
• Able to learn, follow directions, anticipate and adapt
