Herbi-Systems is hiring a Lawn Care Technician in Memphis, TN. You will follow a clear daily route, prep and maintain equipment, and work either outdoors or in the shop, delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities include professional client interaction, logging daily activities, and preparing for the next day. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. TN certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors or in shop environments.
• Experience with TN certification (categories 3,5,6) preferred but not required.

What We Need From You

• Reliability: A great work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Requirements: Must have a Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical Capability: Ability to work outdoors/shop environments, handle standard physical tasks, lift up to 50 lbs continually, and operate tools/equipment.
• Experience: Having previous experience and a TN certification (category: 3,5,6) is preferred but not required.
