Herbi-Systems is hiring a Lawn Care Technician in Memphis, TN. You will follow a clear daily route, prep and maintain equipment, and work either outdoors or in the shop, delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities include professional client interaction, logging daily activities, and preparing for the next day. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. TN certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors or in shop environments.
• Experience with TN certification (categories 3,5,6) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Morning Prep: review daily routes, ensure vehicle and equipment are ready.
• On the Job: perform tasks outdoors or in shop with accuracy and safety.
• Customer & Team Interaction: represent Herbi-Systems professionally to clients and colleagues.
• Wrap-Up: log completed work and prep for the next day.
