Job summary

Lawn Doctor in Haslet, TX is seeking dedicated Lawn Care Technicians to deliver high‑quality lawn care services in the field. You will treat lawns with environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed, and perform basic shop work while educating customers about our services.

This hourly position starts at $18.00 and can reach up to $21.00 per hour based on experience. Typical schedule is 7:00–7:30 AM to 3:00–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rare voluntary Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High-quality, customer-focused lawn care experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift over 50 pounds.
• Experience operating lawn-care equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to work outdoors and meet production goals.

Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high‑quality, customer‑focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. Responsibilities include treating lawns with environmentally sensitive products, aerating and seeding, performing shop work, and offering appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to meet production goals.
• Physical capability to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable.

Compensation and Schedule

Hourly rate starts at $18.00 per hour, up to $21.00 per hour depending on experience. Work day typically starts at 7:00–7:30 AM and ends around 3:00–4:00 PM. Overtime is available for those who want to earn extra. The work week is almost always Monday through Friday; required Saturday work is very rare unless it is voluntary.
