Job summary

Lawn Doctor is seeking dedicated Lawn Care Technicians to provide high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. Technicians act as customer-facing brand ambassadors, applying environmentally sensitive products, aerating and seeding lawns, performing shop work, and offering new services to customers and prospects while on the field.

Technicians serve as customer-facing brand ambassadors, treating lawns with top-quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerating and seeding lawns, performing shop work, and offering new services to customers and prospects while on the field.

• Treat lawns with high-quality, environmentally sensitive products
• Aerate and seed lawns
• Perform shop work
• Offer new services to customers and prospects while in the field

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Can lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and good attendance record
• Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable
