Sustain Lawn and Landscape is seeking a Lawn Care Technician to join our mowing crews serving residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Lansing area.

This full-time role focuses on completing scheduled service routes and operating lawn care equipment as part of a team. Experience is helpful but not required, and training is provided. Competitive pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of properties.
• Operate commercial lawn care equipment.
• Follow daily service routes with the crew.
• Maintain property appearance and quality standards.
• Assist with seasonal cleanups and services.
