Job summary
Terrapin Lawn Care LLC is hiring for a field technician to handle lawn fertilization, weed and pest control, and related services. You will diagnose lawn issues and advise customers, maintain service records, and operate spray equipment in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications
- Experience in lawn fertilization, lawn & ornamental (L&O), and/or General Household Pest (GHP) services preferred.
- Florida pesticide license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather.
Responsibilities
- Apply lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest control treatments safely and effectively.
- Diagnose lawn, shrub, and pest issues and provide recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records using company software.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and spray equipment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Terrapin professionally.
- Follow all state regulations and company safety standards.
