Qualifications

• Experience in lawn fertilization, lawn & ornamental care, and/or GHP services.
• Florida pesticide license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilization, weed control, and pest control treatments safely and effectively.
• Diagnose lawn, shrub, and pest issues and provide recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records using company software.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and spray equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Terrapin professionally.
• Follow all state regulations and company safety standards.
