Job summary

Terrapin Lawn Care LLC is seeking a motivated service technician to apply fertilization, weed control, and pest control treatments safely and effectively across residential properties in Florida. You will diagnose turf and landscape issues, maintain accurate service records, operate spray equipment and company vehicles, and deliver outstanding customer service while representing Terrapin professionally.

A valid Florida driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required;

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn fertilization, Lawn & Ornamental (L&O), and/or General Household Pest (GHP) services preferred.
• Florida pesticide license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest control treatments safely and effectively.
• Diagnose lawn, shrub, and pest issues and provide recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records using company software.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and spray equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Terrapin professionally.
• Follow all state regulations and company safety standards.
