What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with:

• A strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Reliable transportation to work and a solid attendance record.
• Previous lawn care experience (preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidate!).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• The ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate lawn care machinery.
• A commitment to safety and the environment.
• The ability to meet production goals and deliver excellent customer service.
