Job summary

Naturescape in Maplewood, MN is hiring a Lawn Care Specialist to serve residential and commercial properties. You will manage routes, perform precise lawn care, mowing, aeration, tree/shrub care, and mosquito control, delivering high-quality service in a family-owned environment.

You are the face of the company, communicating with customers, learning on the job, and growing with opportunities including leadership roles, overtime and seasonal winter work such as snow removal.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage a service route and perform lawn and landscape care.
• Work 10-hour days, 4 days per week; schedule may vary with weather.
• Perform lawn care, mowing, aeration, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control.
• Be the face of the company in the field and communicate with customers.
• Adapt seasonally; participate in winter snow removal when needed.
