Naturescape is hiring a Lawn Care Specialist to serve residential and commercial properties in the St. Louis area. This family-owned company offers a stable environment and opportunities to grow within a close-knit team.

You will be the face of the company in the field, managing routes and delivering high-quality lawn and landscape care, including aeration, mowing, pruning, and seasonal snow work. Training is provided to help you excel.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.
• No lawn care or landscape experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage a route and provide precise lawn care across service area.
• Perform lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, mosquito control.
• Act as a consultant to customers, explaining treatments and care.
• Adapt to seasonal work, including snow removal in winter.
