Fairway All Brands Page is hiring a Lawn Care Technician for an immediate full-time opportunity in Austin, TX. Starting pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience.

You will diagnose turf and shrub issues, perform aeration, pest control and fertilization, and assist with landscaping tasks while maintaining safety and quality on each property. The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services such as aeration, pest control and fertilization.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each job.
