Job summary

Turf Masters Brands is seeking a General Manager in Lansing, Michigan, to lead the lawn care and chemical services branch with annual revenue exceeding $7M. You will supervise field operations, drive profitability, and shape strategic direction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (Master’s preferred), at least 7 years in the lawn care/landscaping sector with 5+ years in management, and a valid applicator license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, horticulture, or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations ensuring services are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and support staff to meet performance goals.
• Optimize scheduling and routing for efficiency and cost control.
• Manage branch inventory of chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly resolve service issues.
