Job summary

Ground Guys is seeking a Landscaping Team Member to be the boots-on-the-ground specialist delivering exceptional lawn care and landscape maintenance. You will join a dedicated team, perform high-quality work outdoors in all weather, and help keep projects on schedule.

The role requires prior landscaping experience, a valid driver's license, truck/trailer experience, and the ability to operate lawn equipment. Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour with increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in landscaping, lawn service.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience driving a truck and trailer.
• Ability to operate lawn equipment.

Responsibilities

• Front-Line Employee – boots on the ground delivering exceptional care.
• Perform landscape maintenance at high quality and service levels.
• Work outdoors in all weather, performing very physical work (35–80 lbs).
• Wrap up daily work and prepare for the next day.
