Job summary

Your Green Team is hiring experienced Lawn Care Laborers in Florida. This full-time role requires operating zero-turn mowers and essential lawn equipment, with a starting pay of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Bilingual applicants (SE HABLA ESPAÑOL) are encouraged to apply and join a team focused on delivering clean, professional properties. Responsibilities include operating mowers, trimming, edging, and blowing to achieve sharp curb appeal, while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for working with teammates and clients.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and able to lift 35–80 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed lawn maintenance using string trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping beds for a clean, finished appearance.

• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
