Lawn Doctor is seeking dedicated Lawn Care Technicians in Tampa, FL, to provide high-quality lawn care services. Candidates will fertilize, aerate, and seed lawns using ride-on equipment while working outdoors independently.

Daily Tasks Include

• Fertilize, aerate, and seed lawns utilizing our ride‑on power equipment
• Perform shop work
• Offer new services to customers
• No mowing or landscaping

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, good attendance record
• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, arborist, painter, maintenance crew, or general laborer is highly desirable but not required
