Lawn Doctor Inc. in Apex, NC is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to support homeowners with lawn care programs and service options.

This role blends customer service with sales responsibilities and requires knowledge of fertilization, weed control, and seasonal needs for North Carolina lawns. You will respond to inquiries, educate customers, generate new sales, upsell, and coordinate with field technicians to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Knowledge of lawn care programs, fertilization, weed control.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Educate customers on lawn care programs, treatments, and service options.
• Generate new sales and upsell existing customers.
• Follow up on leads and prepare service quotes; address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system.
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure quality service delivery.
• Stay current on regional lawn care best practices and seasonal needs.
