Job summary

Masters Lawn Care, Inc. in St. Augustine, Florida is looking for a full-time lawn care specialist to operate commercial equipment, mow, trim, edge, and perform detailed maintenance on residential and commercial properties.

Earn $17.50 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience, with quarterly profit sharing bonuses; enjoy health and life insurance, a 3% IRA match, PTO, and growth opportunities by advancing to team lead.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working 8–10 hours outdoors in Florida weather.
• Dependable transportation to shop by 7 AM rollout.
• Prior lawn care experience with mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial lawn equipment on residential and commercial properties.
• Mow, trim, edge, and perform detail maintenance to high standards.
• Work efficiently with crew leader and keep equipment and trucks organized and ready.
