Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of crew members to complete tasks on time and within budget
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and meets company standards to avoid call-backs
• Conduct post-job checklists to confirm all tasks are finished
• Promote and enforce safety protocols, documenting and reporting any incidents promptly
• Train crew members on equipment use and company procedures
• Develop crew members to work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of trucks, trailers, and equipment daily
• Utilize an iPad to track job progress and submit required paperwork
