You'll mentor crew members, ensure safety, maintain standards, and help the team grow into leadership roles while working year-round in outdoor conditions. This is a full-time, on-site role with industry-leading benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required).
• At least 20 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

What You’ll Do

As a Crew Leader, you’ll lead a crew of 1–4 members and be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations
• Ensuring quality control and project standards
• Training and supervising crew members
• Performing and guiding tasks such as:
• Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
• Perennial bed maintenance
• Equipment operation and upkeep

Maintaining a safe, efficient worksiteOperating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment

This is a hands‑on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and leads by example.

What We’re Looking For
