Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old (required to drive a company vehicle).
• Committed to Safety.
• Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate aeration machinery and spreader/seeder to aerate and seed customers' lawns.
• Perform manual labor tasks, landscaping, and site maintenance on locations.
• Travel with company vehicles on assigned customer routes to multiple job sites.
• Provide product/service information to customers on-site and maintain strong customer communication.
