Job summary

Senske Services is seeking a Lawn Aeration Technician who will use machinery to aerate and seed customers' lawns, perform landscaping tasks, site maintenance, and support operations at our worksites. Technicians travel on assigned routes in company vehicles and share information with customers onsite.

No previous experience is required; we provide training. This hourly, non-exempt role involves heavy lifting up to 75 lbs and offers competitive pay, commissions, and benefits, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• 21+ years old (required to drive company vehicle).
• Committed to safety.

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
