Qualifications

• Three+ years of law firm recruiting experience (summer program focus)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; viRecruit preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality client service

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with law schools and student organizations
• Coordinate participation in outreach activities with feeder schools
• Manage full cycle 1L/2L recruiting for assigned offices, including interview logistics and feedback
• Plan and execute the 10-week summer associate program, events, and evaluations
• Coordinate budgeting for summer events and recruiting activities
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure data integrity
• Prepare post-season recruiting reporting and survey results
• Interface with candidates and manage communications and background checks
