Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct studies of legal issues and cases encountered in the assigned area.
• Perform legal research on assignments from DGC/Assistant DGC by examining legal documents and resources.
• Evaluate procedural and technical sufficiency of actions or matters; assess factual information.
• Draft and edit legal memoranda, research reports, and correspondence.
