Job summary

Synthires is seeking U.S. law students and qualified legal professionals to contribute legal expertise to AI training and evaluation projects.

Contractors will review legal documents, verify accuracy, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI model reasoning and performance; prior AI experience is not required. Responsibilities include reviewing and annotating documents, drafting content for AI training, performing cite-checks and Bluebook formatting, and explaining complex legal concepts

This opportunity is for current U.S. law students and other qualified legal professionals to contribute legal expertise to AI training and evaluation projects. • Strong proficiency in Bluebook citation formatting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree from a T14 (Top 14) U.S. law school.
• Law review or legal journal editorial experience; this is required for law students.
• Relevant editorial experience for other legal contributors.
• Experience reviewing legal documents and verifying legal citations.

Compensation

• $50–$80 per hour.
• Remote contractor engagement for U.S.-based candidates.
