Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and MLS/MLIS or equivalent by start of employment.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with current enrollment in MLS/MLIS with completion within 18 months (or joint degree with both within six months).
• MLS/MLIS or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program with substantial law librarian experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert research assistance and reference services to diverse communities including faculty, students, and the public.
• Teach in the first-year legal research program.
• Lead instructional and outreach initiatives.
• Develop and implement law library resources such as Libguides and bibliographies.
• Contribute to research, scholarship, and other creative activity.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
