Job summary

Klie Law Offices is seeking a West Virginia-based Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting for lawyers, paralegals, and staff. You will source candidates, screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process with HR and operations, maintaining a positive candidate experience.

The role requires at least 2 years in recruiting, familiarity with law-school recruiting, and strong organizational and communication skills. You will work in a collaborative team across WV offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
• Law firm or professional services recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with law school recruiting cycles and legal hiring practices is a plus.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Premium/LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and candidate screening skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and keep information confidential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Post open positions on job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Source and identify candidates through online search, referrals, and networks (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate recruiting events and maintain relationships with law schools and internships.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruiting activity.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track candidate progress and assist with reference checks and onboarding.
