Frye Law Group in Marietta, GA seeks a dynamic Director of Operations to serve as the administrative backbone, overseeing intake, sales, marketing, human resources and client experience to align all functions with the firm’s mission of justice.

Reporting directly to Kim Frye, this role will implement efficient processes, monitor KPIs, manage facilities and resources, and empower the legal team to deliver exceptional client service across matters from DUI to felonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or related field.
• Experience in a legal environment with understanding of law firm operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize operational systems, processes, and best practices to boost efficiency.
• Manage intake and sales processes to provide a seamless client journey.
• Lead HR initiatives with performance evaluations and development plans.
• Develop marketing strategies to boost visibility and client experience standards.
• Monitor KPIs, audits, and workflows to ensure compliance with standards.
