CFS is seeking a Senior Accountant – Law Firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL to lead the accounting and finance operations. This onsite role reports to the Managing Partner and will supervise a small team, driving accurate monthly closes, reporting, and payroll.

The position offers full benefits and a path to leadership within a well-established firm known for its stability and client roster, including Fortune 500 organizations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience.
• Law firm experience with billable hours.
• Experience with Juris highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented leadership style.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly close and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee daily/monthly reporting and cash flow monitoring.
• Manage in-house payroll and intercompany accounting.
• Provide financial analysis and updates to firm leadership.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.
• Support select risk management initiatives.
