The position reports to the Managing Partner and will oversee the accounting function, including close, reporting, payroll, and intercompany activities, while mentoring a small team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of Full Cycle Accounting experience.
• Law firm experience with billable hours.
• Experience with Juris highly preferred.
• Advanced level of Excel skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented leadership style.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly close and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee daily/monthly reporting and cash flow monitoring.
• Manage in-house payroll and intercompany accounting.
• Provide financial analysis and updates to firm leadership.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.
• Support select risk management initiatives.
