• Oversee the Field Training and Evaluation Program (FTEP).
• Analyze local and national law enforcement trends to identify training needs.
• Serve as liaison for training with VA Central Office and external partners.
• Conduct investigations and handle information related to offenses.
• Enforce compliance with laws, rules, and VA security requirements.
