Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in crypto exchanges, financial services, or regulatory liaison roles.
• Experience with U.S. and/or European court processes is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with tight deadlines and high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review subpoenas, court orders, and legal requests for legitimacy and authority.
• Define scope, format, and deadlines with serving agencies.
• Identify and compile responsive records in Kraken systems per global laws.
• Log all requests and communications in Kodex throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep requests moving and deadlines met.
• Support policy and reporting initiatives related to legal requests.
